Deze vintage ring van het Finse sieradenhuis Lapponia heeft een breed, organisch ontwerp. De ringband loopt uit in een asymmetrische bovenkant met een golvende plooi en een verhoogde lijn die zich over het oppervlak krult. Het ontwerp verandert duidelijk naargelang de hoek van waaruit je de ring bekijkt.
De verzonken delen hebben een fijne matte structuur, terwijl de hoger gelegen randen gladder zijn en meer licht opvangen. De mattering loopt tot ongeveer halverwege de ringband. De onderzijde is glad afgewerkt en vormt daarmee een duidelijk contrast met de bovenkant.
De ring is uitgevoerd in sterling zilver en draagt de Finse datumstempel G8, die overeenkomt met 1984. Verder is hij voorzien van het Finse nationale controlekeurmerk, het firmakeur van Lapponia en de volledige naam LAPPONIA.
De ring verkeert in een zeer goede vintage staat. De matte structuur aan de bovenkant is mooi bewaard gebleven. Er zijn lichte gebruikssporen en wat extra glans op de hoger gelegen delen, maar weinig om over te klagen voor een ring van ruim veertig jaar oud.
