This larger pendant by Veikko Salovaara for Kultaseppä Salovaara shows a typical modernist play of lines.
The base is wide and symmetrical. Three spherical amethysts are set on top of it in separate settings. The stones vary slightly in size, creating a subtle asymmetrical accent within the sleek design.
This is not a flat pendant but one with volume, weight and presence.
The pendant eye is soldered to the pendant.
Pendant details:
- Length including pendant eye: 6.4 cm
- Width: 3.9 cm
- The bottom of the pendant is deliberately made heavier. The base tapers from approximately 4 mm at the top to 8 mm at the bottom.
Including the settings, the total depth is approximately 21 mm.
Necklace details:
- Chain: 50 cm long – 2 mm wide
- The pendant is paired with a more recent Cardano silver (925) link chain, 2 mm wide and 50 cm long. The chain supports the weight and scale of the pendant.

Can I have the ring adjusted after delivery?
To avoid back and forth shipments, size changes are made before shipment.
After delivery, the ring will not be resized in the workshop. If necessary, you can have it resized locally at a jeweler of your choice.
Can every ring be resized?
Most gold rings can be resized. Each ring is inspected before being made.
If a size change is not technically justified, I will contact you in advance.
How long is the delivery time with a change?
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
