This silver pendant combines a slightly austere geometric shape with flowing lines. The central stone is a rectangular striped agate , recognizable by its light hue and the natural bands that become visible when held up to the light.
A small green stone adorns the agate. The way this adornment is attached is striking. The decoration is pierced through two holes in the stone and secured on the back with bent wire. This technique suggests a traditional craft, particularly common in jewelry from the interwar period.
The green stone could be chalcedony, green onyx or glass, but I cannot give a definitive answer.
The pendant is hallmarked with the old Dutch sword without fineness , which means it was made between 1906 and 1953. Based on the style and construction, a dating in the 1920s to early 1930s is most likely.
The pendant is worn on a more modern silver link chain.

After delivery, the ring will not be resized in the workshop. If necessary, you can have it resized locally at a jeweler of your choice.

Most gold rings can be resized. Each ring is inspected before being made.
If a size change is not technically justified, I will contact you in advance.
