Very beautiful vintage bracelet from 1969 by the Finnish designer Veikko Salovaara for Kultaseppa Salovaara.
The top of this bracelet consists of a cut-out plate with diamonds and 4 Turquoise stones in a pointed cabochon shape set in a closed bezel setting.
This top also serves as a hook closure for the bracelet and is simple but very effective and also equipped with an extra safety chain.
The stones are Turquoise in color but these are probably not real Turquoise gemstone. These stones are in my opinion too even in color and shape.
The Turquoise stones measure approximately 5mm.
The inner diameter of the bracelet is 6.3cm x 5.4cm.
The bracelet is marked from left to right with:
- Polar bear = Logo of Kultaseppa Salovaara
- 830H = Grade stamp used in the period 1969 - 1972
- Symbol of Turku
