These vintage stud earrings are crafted from 9 carat yellow gold with a white gold setting around the diamond.
The yellow gold border has an open, almost crown-like shape with small triangular points around the central stone. In the middle, each earring features a brilliant-cut diamond in a white gold setting. This white gold border makes the diamond visually pop.
The earrings are small in size, but their design gives them a noticeable presence on the ear.
The stud earrings are hallmarked with the London import mark, 375 for 9 carat gold, and year letter F. This indicates import into London in 1980. The butterfly backs are also 9 carat gold.
