The Silver Path necklace was designed by Björn Weckström for the Finnish jewelry house Lapponia. The model is known in Finland as Hopeapolku and was used not only as a standalone necklace, but also combined with various pendants from Lapponia.
The design consists of elongated silver rods with an almost square cross-section. At both ends, each rod tapers into a round eyelet. Small round connecting rings hold the individual parts together and give the necklace enough movement to drape smoothly around the neck.
The bright silver finish and the rhythm of the narrow rods give the necklace a minimalist look. It can be worn without a pendant, but also forms a beautiful base for one.
The necklace closes with a simple hook clasp that fits nicely with the light design and functions well.
This piece bears extensive Finnish hallmarks: the name LAPPONIA, the 925 fineness mark, the national control mark with the crown in the heart, Lapponia's three-pronged company mark, 925 again, and the N8 date stamp for 1990.
The necklace is in excellent vintage condition. The links, connecting rings, and clasp are particularly well preserved and show barely visible signs of wear.

Can I have the ring adjusted after delivery?
To avoid back and forth shipments, size changes are made before shipment.
After delivery, the ring will not be resized in the workshop. If necessary, you can have it resized locally at a jeweler of your choice.
Can every ring be resized?
Most gold rings can be resized. Each ring is inspected before being made.
If a size change is not technically justified, I will contact you in advance.
How long is the delivery time with a change?
