Add this service to your order and I will personally adjust the ring in the studio.
Please indicate clearly in the comments field at checkout which size the ring should be adjusted to.
Delivery time
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
This service applies to gold rings.
For a size change of 2 sizes or more, the shape can be slightly adjusted to avoid tension on the material.
Not every ring is suitable for a larger adjustment. If necessary, I will contact you beforehand.
A customized ring is considered custom-made. No right of withdrawal applies.

What if I am unsure about my size or the ring?
Are you unsure about the right size or would you like to view the ring in real life first?
Order the ring without resizing. This way, you can try it on without worry, and returns are still possible according to the terms and conditions.
Can I have the ring adjusted after delivery?
To avoid back and forth shipments, size changes are made before shipment.
After delivery, the ring will not be resized in the workshop. If necessary, you can have it resized locally at a jeweler of your choice.
Can every ring be resized?
Most gold rings can be resized. Each ring is inspected before being made.
If a size change is not technically justified, I will contact you in advance.
How long is the delivery time with a change?

Will you take care of the next chapter?
At Feniks, all jewelry has been part of the life of at least 1 other person.
The piece of jewelry was worn , cherished and every trace has its own story .
A story that will not reveal the jewel.
For this special reason I do not completely erase the traces of the past . The jewelry has been checked and polished but some still bear the marks of the previous owner.
