Very stylish ring by Danish designer Niels Erik From.
This ring has a symmetrical design with openwork shoulders on both sides and 2 Cabochon cut Amethysts of approx. 5mm.
Niels Erik From was born in 1908 and was active as a silversmith since 1931, but it was not until 1944 that the jewelry was actually marked as "NE From".
In the 1970s he collaborated with several other designers and the designs were given a modernist touch. It is estimated that this ring also comes from this period.
The ring measures 1.2cm wide at the top and 3.6mm at the bottom.
